Don't know if it an individual policy with funeral homes or not but when I buried my husband I wanted to leave his wedding ring on him.The funeral director insisted it was not a good idea and handed me a little velvet bag with his ring and watch in it.

When it is your time is there an item you would want to be buried with you? I can't think of anything I'd want...except my wedding band along with that of my husband.I don't know why but that is what comes to mind when I hear "you can't take it with you".
