What I always make in Summer is Macaroni Salad. It makes a lot so I have it for several days. Elbow macaroni, diced ham, diced celery, diced tomatoes, diced baby cucumbers, sliced black and green olives, diced red onions, salt, pepper and Best Foods Mayonnaise. I'll also put chopped boiled eggs in it sometimes. Add some chopped pickles too if I feel like it.
I try to make it when Rene' is coming up as she likes it too.
