I have made myself move, Pattie. I'm taking Tylenol and I ice my hip and my back. I'm now using a cane. When I take my shower, I let the hot water hit my hip and my back, which really helps too. Of course, my problem isn't like yours, but I can certainly sympathize knowing how hard it is.
