Today at lunch we were served Italian wedding soup..I never see leftover soup served at another time so I asked the server what they do with the leftover soup from the warmer. Turns out they throw it away. I can understand why..2 HR rule..but it seems like such a waste. I asked her if there was any leftover could I have a container to take to my room..I now have a nice container of soup. The next time we have soup that's really good I'm going to ask again..
