I ordered a booklet, it's like a spiral and it says, I'm dead, Now what?

In it are blanks to list your insurances, your debts, your lawyer, your doctor. There's pages entitled "Relatives", "Friends", and pages for journaling. Then there's a few pages with "Letters to my Family".

There is a place for what your burial/cremation wants are. Instruction as to where you want your burial or cremains placed. Any ceremonies, funerals and such. So my Monday night is planned to fill it in.
