I do have artistic abilities. I used to sketch all the time. I was really good with portraits. I never enjoyed painting though I do like color.

I used to sew for myself and my girls all the time. I've even made clothes stitching by hand.

I have always liked to do hand work. My mom taught me to embroider in 2nd grade. I used to crochet all the time but switched to knitting when I joined a knitting guild. Now that's what I do.
