Very windy here. I just cancelled my orientation for cardiac rehab because I just don't want to go out in it. The hospital is on a high hill, and it gets really windy up there. I am so unsteady on my feet I'm just afraid.

I got a shot of prednisone yesterday because of my hip pain. The hip pain is caused by the arthritis in my spine. It takes a few days to kick in. Maybe I'll feel steadier after that. Hope so.
