What f does SWINzg stand for or is it used to get one going again ?

It sounds the same as the things required after strokes.My mother went through it with both her strokes and hated it.She did not like the idea of someone coming into her own home and telling her what to do.After the second stroke she was released to a rehab.Again she absolutely hated being there.She was a very difficult patient/resident.
