Oh my it has been raining all night and my arthritis is causing so much hurting.They called it traumatic osteoarthritis in my younger days.Now it is just plain old age related.I am a mess.

Just a fact of my life. Osteoporosis on top of everything doesn't help.I have always been a survivor so why stop now.

As I said it is raining and looks so very dreary and dark.The only thing this day has going for it is that it is warm.That is indeed a good thing.

Have you looked back on this year and reflected on the goo,bad and ugly things of our world? I know you don't make resolutions but do you set goals? Think about it because 2025 is right outside our doors.
