Do you have a favorite pie for holidays?

A pie maker I am not.I have a frozen strawberry rhubarb pie in the oven and don't think I will be able to wait until it cools to dig in.

My mother was popular for her apple pies.I wonder sometimes if her grandsons miss her and her specially baked pies for them.

I might attempt making a lemon pie,who knows lol.
