Until Mom and my best friend died we would cook at Mom's house.My sister always wanted my potato salad and I'd often make ten pounds of potatoes into salad.We had a standing rule to BYOB.

We also had mashed potatoes for the giblet gravy.My favorite was green beans,none of that casserole stuff but real mashed potatoes.I like cole slaw with green beans so that was another of my specialties.The beans were usually home canned.
