Our church in California started the trunk-or-treating in the parking lot behind the church. You had to have a bag of candy to get in through where they'd blocked it off.

Then they started turning the sanctuary into a fun house with games. Amy loved it. Her private school turned the gymnasium into a game place too like school carnivals used to do.

I'd let her trick-or-treat on our street then we'd go to her school then the church. She had a rally great Halloween. I miss that.
