The violent Helene wind upset the schedule on the trees around my place.Beforebthat the lack of rain caused trees not to get their vibrant colors going.BUT there is color beginning on all the hills and hopefully not all the leaves will just turn brown and fall.I am grateful just to have downed branches removed from the yard and leaves blown off the porch and driveway.

The brightest leaf color in my opinion is the gum tree that turns brilliant orange.I should take a drive to see if mother nature took the leaves too early on that particular tree in the next little neighborhood over from me.
