Hubby #1 and I lived in 4 rentals until we bought the house I currently own in California. Hubby #2 and I lived in that house and when we went to Florida twice for work and rented. We came back to the California house.

I took out an equity loan on it so I could pay cash for this one I'm in now. The only man who joined me was my brother, who I took care of until he died in 2018.
