any one use it?

I use it for quick mac/cheese, add it to potato soup, refried beans...all kinds of good ways to use it, dissolves easily.

I use to buy it in packets (southeastern farms) then Amazon did sell it anymore.
I can buy it online but the only way to buy it is 1 1/2 lb bags x 6....will outlast ME probably.
I like it cause you just add water.
I bought some hoosier valley cheddar...didn't like it. Had to add butter, milk and whip to smooth. And it didn't taste that good, still tasted gritty.
