6 oz. dill Havarti cheese, shredded
Sliced Kosher dill pickles
6 Street taco flour tortillas
EVOO
Ranch dressing

Brush one side of each tortilla with EVOO and place oiled side down on parchment lined baking sheet. Top with cheese, then pickles, then put in 425' oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and tortillas start to crisp. Fold over and serve with Ranch dressing.
