Unfortunately a lot of companies have lost workers due to ICE and even if the furniture company didn't loose workers, there's a chance that the companies that supply parts for the furniture, lost workers.

There's also the possibility that parts for the recliners come from foreign countries so with tariffs still going up and down and with less shipping being done due to gas, it's really hard to know when your chairs will arrive.
