a healthy dish I like to make since we both like it.
frozen spinach cooked w/butter and knorr chicken seasoning.... after the spinach is cooked w/still some liquid, I add a couple eggs that scramble easily. We had it w/ chicken/rice for dinner.

Can add a little shredded cheese but doesn't need it unless it's a small meal.
It would be for me with a slice tomato on the side.
