I've been stuck w/buying the basic shaker container...only cause I use to buy from an italian deli and had a batch go bad.

I bought quart containers of a mix of romano/parmesan....4 of them, all shredded.
By the time we were done w/one container, the rest had mold in them after being kept in the fridge.
Guessing the cheeses weren't dried properly.

Probably should have froze them, anyway...they were an expensive waste. I need some good choices that won't mold.
