95 today so cooking was low on my to do list today.
I had leftover cp chicken ...hb loves to chop, so carrots/celery and onions went into a pot, freezer stock and noodles for a chicken soup.
Had some garlic toast, so it was a good quick dinner w/o heating up the kitchen. LOVE my single hot plate.
