Hi Connie, they only make 9 Cubes at a time

about every 10 minutes and then you have to put them

in some kind of container right away, because

they will start to melt in the small container

included with the Ice Machine

My sister wanted to try this machine and

she is now Disabled and can keep an eye on the machine

for an hour or two, by filling up the water

and putting the small amount of ice

in her larger container in the freezer

she has a routine, now

but to me, it's not worth it and if it were me

I would go back to buying bags of ice

but for now, she is sticking it out

since she paid for the machine and wants

to try and get her money's worth out of it

but for me, I would not recommend the machine

if you could not continue to watch it

for a few hours a day, because she makes Ice everyday or maybe every other day.
