I order from them frequently and have only had them mistakenly deliver a package to a neighbor house by mistake maybe twice. OTOH, the shipping company Walmart used to use was bad at delivering my packages to the house right across the street from us. We all have large house numbers on our houses so there's no excuse for it.
The biggest problem I have had with Amazon is a couple of missing things this spring, like only getting one needle from a pair of knitting needles, having the occasional small inexpensive item that's arriving in a package with multiple things be missing.
Occasionally you get an error in your favor though like I got doubles on several things when a package was torn and stuff spilled out at the 'final mile' warehouse where the packages go into the delivery vans. They sent out a whole replacement package, then half of the waylaid package contents were put in a mailer at that warehouse and delivered to me a week later. I ordered a bottle of Tropicana orange juice from them for the Whole Foods delivery and they accidentally gave me a second bottle for free.
