...in a 1/2 gallon of 2% milk if it's lactose free or regular?

We generally don't drink it as a beverage but I use the lactose free for cooking.
It makes no difference to me in taste and the fact it literally will last for months in the fridge is a big plus since it takes several weeks/month for me to even use up 1/2 gallon.
