Wash, peel, and layer 4 cubed potatoes in the bottom of a small crockpot.
Top with a can of creamed corn and 1/2 C. sour cream, 2 T. butter cut in pieces and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
Cook L for 5 to 6 hours or H for 2 1/2- 3 1/2 hours.
Recipe can be doubled.
