Anyone can apply every year, if you're on Retired Social Security and If they're on Permanent Disability Social Security


You can have an In-Person Interview or a Phone Interview and you give your list of Medications and dosage

The SHIP Rep will put the Info in their computer and will be given choices of what

Health Insurance Companies that will pay for your coverage and prescriptions

You will either pay a small amount for the coverage and prescriptions or nothing at all, based on your income
