I came across my old cake pop machine the other day. I might try this recipe. I halved this for a small batch.

Chocolate Cake Pops (Small batch)

Mix:
1/2 C. Flour
1/2 C. Brown sugar
1 Egg
1/4 C. Oil
2 T. Cocoa
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

Spray Cake Pop machine with cooking spray. Heat.

Put batter in a piping bag with large tip OR put in small zip bag with the corner cut off to make your own piping bag. Cut off the corner so it's about 1/4th inch. Pipe batter into each cake pop hole. Don't fill the whole way up, leave a small bit of space at the top of each hole.

Close lid and bake for 5-6 minutes. When done, remove cake pops with the tines of a fork. Cool.

May dip in melted chocolate or powdered sugar. Enjoy.
