Check your bill for amount used. Sometimes on the budget plan you pay so much a month whether you used that much or not. By the end of the budget session it should even out. I always did the budget plan too because i didnt want high fuel bills..it evened out if this is your first time on the budget plan and you dont use that much monthly it should even out. I had UGI for the gas heater, stove and water heater and dryer. Also, i would set the thermostat at 70 abd didnt touch it all winter.
