are you consistent getting up at a certain time and same for bed time sleep?

I love my bed... it's hard to get me out of it and NO, I'm not consistent for going to bed the same time either.
Hb is up at 7 and in bed by 8:30 (but he messes w/his phone usually 2 hours, so sleep at 10:30 or 11.
