I just buy jiffy mix and jazz it up.

Hb loves the sweet style with stick of butter, cup sour cream, dash of salt and sugar to taste, 2 eggs.

I use this for a taco casserole topping...jiffy mix, 2 eggs, cup of sour cream, stick of butter, small can green chiles and handful of colby/jack cheese.
