These creamy Parmesan beans are a rich skillet side dish that is easily made in 15 minutes and is delicious paired with pork chops, steak, or chicken.

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup water
3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
12 cherry tomatoes
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add beans, water, paprika, cumin, cayenne, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Cook until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
