I delete pretty much everything except important text's or ongoing conversations and I do the same with pictures. I download my pictures from the cloud to my pc so I have no real need to save them on my phone, unless it's something I want to show somebody.

My sister's who use their phones as their means to get online, tend to save everything and when they want to show me something like a picture or text, it normally takes them about 15 minutes of wading through everything before they can find it. That would drive me nuts.
