who else is experiencing this fun part of aging?

I didn't notice it until maybe 4 or 5 years ago....seems a couple of the meds I'm on can cause losing hair. I'm mostly off the blood thinner, which can be a culprit.
Also, in the last 3 or so years, gray is getting noticeable.
