I've been using Sudafed for years and it totally clears up my sinuses which in turn gets rid of my sinus pressure headache.

There are two kinds of sudafed, one sold on the store shelves that contain Phenylephrine HCI as the main ingredient, that one doesn't work as well or last as long as the one sold behind the counter that has Pseudoephedrine HCI 30mg in it. I buy the Walmart Equate version of it, 24 tablets at around $6. This one gets rid of my runny nose and sinus headache within 10 minutes and it lasts for about 4-6 hours. For me, one or two does normally gets rid of my allergy symptoms for the day.

I just checked Walmart and see that the price has gone up since I bought it last year, it's now $14 for 36 tablets.
