A son of a friend of mine turned me off to fast food places decades ago when he explain that the cook at a local Wendy's that he worked at, had sweat pouring off from him while frying hamburgers, he said the sweat would drip onto the hamburgers !

If you think about it, most restaurants and definitely fast food places don't have the greatest air conditioning so the kitchens have gotta be extremely hot so sweat will drip down onto food--yuck
