I'm not sure if my case would be stealing my SS.

With our joint account, he and I both deposited our SS and pensions into our account. Stp-dtr would just take money out to pay for both his nursing home amount and my helper. How can they separate the two? Just seems that you can't prove she was trying anything intentional.. I personally think she was. She knows how to manipulate things.
