hb found a corned beef in the back of the freezer (actually 2)
Figured I'd better cook one since they were bought last year.

It was the triangle cut...I'd normally want a flat but these were all that were available I guess.
Have to admit the meat is quite moist but had a lot of fat. (hb's job)
Maybe should have gotten the triangles before....more work but better meat. What do most of you buy?
