2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil

1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
2 teaspoons Herbs Thyme and rosemary recommended
2 cloves Garlic Minced, or use garlic powder
Optional Extras:
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs For extra crunch
1 teaspoon Spices Paprika or cayenne

Parchment Paper
Meat Thermometer
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the pork chops with herbs and minced garlic.
Coat each chop lightly with olive oil.
Dredge the chops in freshly grated Parmesan.
Arrange the coated chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let Rest for a few minutes before serving.
