The woman took a detailed report. I told her of the lying about returning our credit card which she stated many times but admitted she had no intention of doing, lying about not knowing how much money we have in our account when she knew how much we had in our account and of a suspicious occurance that happened right after a blowup we had during a meeting the other day. Hb was walking the halls at his rehab hospital. He ran into Stp-dtr who was so surprised he saw her. She mumbled a few words and then disappeared. He thought she'd come back and visit with him but she didn't. What the hell was she up to? The advocate said she'd find out. She is going through all the banking stuff, medical stuff and said if anything shady going on she'll find it.
I told her Stp-dtr was savvy about things like that because her mother ran a personal care home and she is very manipulative. Advocate says she won't be pulling the wool over her eyes.
She says if she finds anything questionable she will meet with both of us and she will see if it reaches the degree of voiding the POA and appointing a neutral, party as a POA.
