That would be nice if your neighbor could take your dogs till you get better. If she can't have you called any cat/dog sanctuary in your area to see if they know of anybody who will foster your dogs for a while ?

There probably a half dozen people in my area that will foster dogs for those who need help with them for a while and because they have foster a variety of dogs, they tend to understand how a foster dog tends to need more attention because of them being away from their owner.
