I've never heard of it either so I had to google it and it looks like it's roasted carrots that are then fried with onions and garlic and some herbs, then veggie broth is added to blend the ingredients, then it's put into a blender till it's all blended down to a creamy soup.

The pictures of it make it look good but this doesn't appeal to me.
