I'm also sorry about Aiden's ailments, unfortunately as animals get older they also start having the same physical problems that we have
The one good thing that came out of taking Aiden to the vet is that you found that you could walk more than what you had been. Even though i'm sure that was painful, getting up and doing things will help you get your strength back and closer to the road of recovery.
