allergy pills?

I'm not allergic to any foods, animals, just get a little itchy from too much shrimp.

Hb and I both have bad breathing issues with the outdoor changes in weather. Sneezing, headaches and sinus drainage that causes coughing.
Right now it's the winds, at least smog isn't an issue much where we live.
