We had a restful night last night. Aiden was acting almost normal without being hunched over and she was holding her head up more. This morning she acted like she was in pain again. But after a nap, she just jumped off the sofa, got a drink and is walking better.

Years ago our dog Lea had spinal issues that we think was caused by injuries from violent seizures. Vet told us to leave her on the floor. Care for her, feed and water her and clean up around her, but let her lay. Do that for a few days until you will know what to do . She laid there for almost 3 days. We came downstairs the third day and there she was standing and waiting for us. Lea did recover. I told Hb to let Aiden lay. Don’t force her to do anything. She has another appt tomorrow to be reevaluated, possibly be sedated a special X-rays and depending what is found maybe start pain meds, antibiotics, anti inflammatories or else euthanasia. Tough days ahead.

I have no idea what we will have for supper.
