POOR DAD CASSEROLE

1 can Spam, ground up
2 beaten eggs
20 (2 inch) square soda crackers, crushed
1 pt. milk
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar (plus a little more for the top)

Grind up the Spam. Mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle a little Cheddar cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, in a casserole dish for an hour at 350 degrees.
