I made my turkey breast in the crockpot this weekend, I tried a facebook suggestion of pouring dry onion soup over the breast and then taking the gravy packet that normally comes with a turkey breast and poured that over the turkey. I've never had a turkey so moist and flavorful as this breast, the turkey actually melts in my mouth, it's so tender.

As I tried pulling it out of the crockpot with large forks, it fell in pieces so it wouldn't be good if you wanted turkey slices for sandwiches but I like my turkey shredded so it was perfect.
