I decided to quit in 2016, with both knee surgeries in 6 mos, I just wasn't motivated to try to keep doing the holidays.
The last of the grands graduated that year, everyone had BF's that added to lack of breathing space for the over crowded, way to small house for entertaining.
I also find in old age, peace and quiet is my #1 priority.
