We got our cold air. We will have the coldest night of the season so far.

I had a busy day today. I had an excellent helper who was extremely helpful. She raked the rugs, vacuumed, straightened up, did the dishes, gave me a bath, cleaned the porta pot, and even worked with me learning the rollator. Then the PT came. When she left I was wiped out and I slept for a few hours.

Supper was chicken paprika, mixed veggies and rice.
