I still didn't get my mail in ballot. This is the third time. Time is running out. I called the PA Dept of State, the Board of Elections. And vote.PA.gov. They were worthless.

I just wrote to Gov.Josh Shapiro. For this election, it's too late. But something is wrong and must be fixed
