getting a little break from the heat, only 85 today.
I'm going to try to recreate a dish that I threw together a while ago. I had leftover mac/cheese (made wth a dry cheese mix)
I cooked a roll of breakfast sausage/crumbled, added a diced poblano chile, the mac/cheese and about a cup of sour cream.
Hb loved it.
