your slip and falls? Any injurys?

I never fell outdoors but I did in the kitchen when my ankle twisted on a pair of 2 inch wedge heels.
My heel slid off, I twisted and went down. Been a long time, probably 15 years so I'm careful now.
I broke both my right wrist and left foot.
